The X-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the X-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the X-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

“After watching some YouTube reviews, and reading marketing on Titan’s site that states “Fits Titan X-3 Series Power Racks and some other with 3 x 3-inch uprights”, I decided to give these a try for my Rogue RML-3W. I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality of the J-hooks given some YT reviews about Titan quality. The rollers do not bind, the powder coat looks even and clean, and the welds look decent. Both hooks fit well on the rack with one exception. :-( While the safety screw on the right hook lines up perfectly with the holes on the rack, the left hook does not. It’s cut slightly higher causing the safety screw to be angled down and bind when you try to use it. I contacted support to see about swapping out the left hook. Initially, they told me they couldn’t because there’s no guarantee of fit on non-Titan racks. I get it, but if that’s the case change your marketing. To their credit, Titan did ultimately send me a new set. Unfortunately, the new set has the exact same problem; right hook is perfect but the left hook’s safety screw binds due to the hole being cut to high. In the end, the J-Hooks work fine. In my case, I shove an extra pin I have from another attachment into the hole in order to keep the hook from moving when I slide a bar. If you have a Titan X-3 rack, I’d say these are a must. If you have another manufacturers rack and you don’t want to pay the $300+ that other people are charging I’d say these can work. You just may end up not being able to use the safety screws.”

“The Titan Rollers are a great buy. The price most certainly cannot be beat and the quality is pretty darn good. My only critique is that I wish the lip at the end of the J-Hook was a touch shorter. Otherwise these are great.”

“I own a Rogue monster lite rack and wanted roller j-cups. Could t justify spending $300 for a pair, so gave these a shot. Very happen with them. Been using them on squats, presses, etc. Rollers are smooth. Only small complaint is because they aren’t meant for the Rogue rack, they aren’t a PERFECT fit. The pin only fits on one of them. But don’t really need the pin to be secure enough. Would definitely recommend if you have a Rogue ML rack.”
