The X-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the X-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the X-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

“This is ridiculous. I can't believe how simple the roller cups are and I also don't know why the only other option out there is $400. Titan has found a niche here and everyone should go out and purchase this immediately to save themselves the hassle of re-centering heavy weights for squats and bench. The welds are fantastic. The cups are plumb, so you can not only move side-to-side but also front to back to you can set up without churning your hands or the UHMW. I ended up buying three of them so that I can set up for squat, bench and overhead press. I've got a Rep PR-4000 and they fit perfectly and the holes line up so they're nice and tight, no play at all. I'd buy more if I had a reason to. Go out and buy yourself a pair and you'll be amazed. There's no need for any other kind of j-cup. It's like discovering fire. Great job Titan!”

“Got this item based on a YouTube review from The Kurtlocker https://youtu.be/tcmc21cOhCo. Titan - you should give this guy some points on his account or throw him a commission because his reviews are excellent and he's selling your products - as long as they hit that sweet spot between quality and price like this roller cup does. It's a solid roller cup and I especially like how it locks into my rack so the j-cup is immovable when using my specialty bars and fits the Bandbell and Axle bars nicely. The only minor issue I noticed is due to the ISO arms I have on my rack. When I store the ISO arms, locked in the "down" position, the locking pin for these j-cups sticks out enough for the ISO arm to hit. Just be aware of this in case you drop your ISO arms against the rack posts with weight on them - you may want to remove these j-cups first. A lower profile locking pin would be a great addition if they make a V2.”
