The T-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the T-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the T-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

I must have received a new version of the rollers because mine looks different. They are using counter sunk bolts from the back so the nut/thread on the front is gone. I believe they also added an additional piece of plastic that touches the upright based on what I see from the older version. 11/10 on the packaging as well, hard foam, good cardboard. They knocked it out of the park on this one. I will say there is a little bit of slop forward/backward which might be solved by using the pegs they sent. They don't seem necessary as the hooks stay in place. I will probably just add some foam to tighten the gap a little. No issues with the actual plastic rollers like the below reviews. I have to believe they dialed this product in and I might even buy another pair as I am pretty impressed.

Arrived and was impressed with first j-cup I unpackaged. 2nd J-cup was perfect except the main idea behind the product. Bolt had been overtightened causing roller to not roll. Loosened bolt and roller didn’t have clearance to roll. Used a disc sander to shorten roller. Works great now. If they weren’t out of stock I would have returned. Quality control fail. Product design and price point is a home run.

I got mine in today as apart of the first batch. I love them. Only have one issue with them. One of mine came in and the roller wouldn’t roll at all. I had to use a dremel to shave down one side of the roller to get it to be able to roll. Myself and another person I know had that same issue with one roller. So have a file or dremel on hand. It’s almost a perfect product other than that.

I have a lot of Titan products and admittedly some of them are perfectly usable but not the prettiest. Not only have I been requesting these for a while now these raise the bar. Everything is perfectly square. The UHMW plastic is thick and machined perfectly. The hardware is shiny and quality. The packaging was top notch as well. I already put 405# on them and they work as they should. My only complaint, and it's a tiny one, is that they don't have "pop" pins as advertised. Instead they thread in which is more stable but takes a little more effort/time to switch out. But really not a big deal. You won't be disappointed.

I literally own thousands of dollars worth of Titan equipment at this point and this is seriously in contention as the best product they’ve ever produced. The angle of the rollers allows your barbell to sit at the edge of the cup of the J Hook to allow for the easiest left off possible out of this style of J Hook. The roller is nylon and there is UHMW plastic on J hook where your bar will touch as well as on the inside where it will rub against your upright. If the bar is all the way to the bottom of the roller and touching the front lip of UHMW you won’t be able to roller the bar from side to side. I see this as a benefit as in this position it’s stable. Roll the bar every so slightly back and away from you on the bench and you’ll be able to have the side to side movement. Overall, especially considering what you’re getting at this price point, these are excellent. However, I do see a little room for improvement, for say a V2 version. The “pop pin” that locks the J hook to your upright is actually just a bolt. The problem with it is that instead of it tightening with a socket or wrench they put a safety pin style handle on it. It adds a bulky ness to the J Hooks that is unnecessary. I also would like to see Titan produce replacement rollers for when the nylon ones wear down. From aggressively knurled bars.
