“This bench upon arrival was very exciting. But after I assembled I noticed a manufacturing error. The main support bar in the middle of the bench is of a thicker gauge metal than that feet they welded to the bench cross support. So the bench actually never sits on the feet. It’s balances in the middle and wobbles. This bench is very dissatisfying and when I called for support they were aware of issue and said I would have to ship it back myself to get a refund. I have a similar issue with the bumper plates all gouged and peeling out of the box. The smaller bumper plates are all brittle and cracking also and no response. They ask for pictures they keep responding for weeks they haven’t received. When I talk on the phone they see the pictures but the other departments say they cannot see the pictures delaying resolution”

“This bench is very solid and well-built. It operates simply and easily. I will say, the instructions are somewhat of a challenge. The images are very tiny and challenging to read. Fortunately, it's very intuitive you just need to make sure you select the correct bolts for the correct location. The only difficult part was securing the backrest to the frame. The holes didn't quite align and took some finagling to make it work. Overall very happy with the purchase.”

“Overall the bench is OK. If I had been able to try it first I probably would have bought something different. The feet need to be upgraded. This bench wobbles even after adjustments. Appears the feet are not tall enough to clear the diagonal support brace. Titan should consider adding some height to help clear it. Bench would be good without the wobble.”

“Having a home gym for over 10 years, I’ve had my shares of benches, THIS ONE BY FAR HAS BEEN THE BEST. Everything from the heavyweight, sturdy feel of it to the material stitched onto the bench/padding itself. AMAZING!! Highy quality and will no doubt stand the test of time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“There is a major flaw in my bench. Where the back of the bench frame meets the perpendicular bar with the two oval feet there is a problem. The part of the main bench frame bolts on and wraps underneath the bar with the oval feet is 1/8” thicker than the oval feet which makes the entire bench rock. I had to use washers at shims and tape them on the bottom of the oval feet. Poor design and a waste of money.”
