“My bench was delivered with missing parts. Titans customer service was very helpful in getting the missing part shipped out, I'm still waiting on this part as it will take 10 days to receive the part arrives on the expected delivery date. I went ahead with assembly and found the seat support to be bent and I was unable to attach the seat adjuster. One of the screw holes on the backrest is also out of alignment which makes the lower right screw impossible to attach without drilling out the backrest support bar. For the price, the instructions are sub-par and all nuts bolts and screws are tossed into the same bag. Pictures and a video are included. I just received the part I was missing today only to find they have sent the wrong parts. Save yourself some time and order elsewhere.”

“1. Neither of the feet at the head of the bench touches the floor. yes. this bench is balanced in such a way that the center mounting joint on the back support of the bench is so thick that it does not allow the two side feet to touch the floor so it wobbles horrendously. 2. I originally reached out and was told to shim the feet. This has wheels and needs to move so moving this product around my gym is well within the intended use of this bench. But I'm told to shim the feet which would require it to be shimmed any time I need to move it. 3. I'm told this bench needs to be on leveled floor to not wobble. wtf. then why is it balanced that 2 feet are not at all touching the floor? my floor is leveled your product is jacked. I my floor was uneven in a way that prevented uneven touching you'd see it preventing 1 foot from touching not being perfectly balanced and not allowing both feet to not touch. 4. My emails went ignored so I had to contact them again here's the first: "Ralph (Titan Fitness ) Jun 28, 2023, 8:56 AM CDT Hello, Thanks for reaching out to Titan. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is a common issue that may arise from a number of things but the most likely reason is that the floor is not perfectly level. You have been advised before that this sort of play is within tolerance of use for the item and that you can simply shim the said gap. If you wish to pursue this claim further then we will have to do our due diligence of asking for photos of the measure of the gap among other evidences, We would also need you to check if the floor is level, and its not by putting a level on the item or the floor. We will wait for your response. Best, Ralph Titan Fitness Support" I was told that they in the past informed me this is within tolerance, the first email was the only one I got from them in the warranty request. I sent a video that neither support feet touch the floor BUT also my hefty bench doesn't wobble. the 2nd response I got pretty much shows my videos were ignored too. so now to prove their product is trash I need to go out and buy a level to do what? show that: 1. something that should have 3 touchpoints needs to be leveled to not wobble? look at tripods, and from an engineering perspective, no, it doesn't need to be leveled to not wobble. 2. Wobbling is within spec while benching? Or that i need to shim and re-shim the feet whenever I need to move this? I'm getting the runaround. F this company I want a refund before I get killed under a bar.”

“I love this bench. It’s wide, stable, and easy to move. I didn’t enjoy the assembly process. Usually, when an item includes so many screws, the screws will be separated by size…these weren’t. Attaching the back pad to the base was a bit of a pain. Instructions were adequate, but not great.”

“The bench feels safe enough, but I am unable to screw in the 1/4 screws to attach the bench to support. It’s stable enough as is, but the reason why can’t do this is because my bench is not properly aligned and is actually slightly crooked. So I spent a few hours trying to get 4/4 screws in, but can only get 3/4 in different combinations.”
