Additionally, this machine offers versatility with (4) bolt-down holes for concrete anchors or the option to utilize the counter-balance weight post for heavier weight repetitions, all without requiring permanent mounting.

“This machine exceeded my expectations. The ab half of the machine hits your upper, mid, and lower abs really well. I haven't walked away from an ab day sore in months until now, and with the max weight being 220lbs on the machine I don't have to worry about that problem for a while. Much more effective then your standard sit up routines. The Back Extension half is effective as well, I can really feel it in my lower back as I use the machine. A must for your core workouts. I did have one bolt snap on the machine the second time I used it, however this isn't really a testament on the quality of the machine, more to the quality of Titan Fitness's customer service. This is the 9th Titan Fitness machine I own and out of the hundreds of bolts, this is the first time ive ever had an issue with a bolt, so this is a very low concern for anyone. Their customer service is fantastic though, I emailed Titan and they got me the replacement parts I needed out fast and I haven't had a problem since. As always a super great experience with Titan fitness.”

“'Well built and sturdy. Packaging was good. Out of the few times I've used the machine so far it did a job on my abs. Along with leg raises and setups this machine rounds out my routine well. The box did not come with instructions but they were easy to find online. Simple and easy to assemble.”

“The exercises work great but you have to remove the weights to switch between ab and back exercises so you have to do full sets of each exercise...no doing ab/back, ab/ back. It seems like a spring-loaded or removable pin could fix this issue( Titan engineers work on this...lol)”
