To switch from a back extension to an abdominal workout flip the weight post to the opposite starting position and away you go! Additionally, this machine offers versatility with (4) bolt-down holes for concrete anchors or the option to utilize the counter-balance weight post for heavier weight repetitions, all without requiring permanent mounting.

“This is a great ab machine and lower back machine. It's super smooth and quiet. Some people complained of noise and cracking sounds. All you have to do is move out that rubber stopping sleeve by an inch.”

“If you combine this with the leg ext curl bench doing leg raises for lower abs you have the full ab workout”

“Leverage points all wrong. Motion begins with minimal resistance then peaks out at very end of movement. This machine would work good if it were weight stack with pulley system. Also needs seatbelt for heavy weight on back motion.”

“Great machine, made well and works great. I did remove the stop pin and handles, didn’t need them and it save time from moving the arm around.”
