Start by adjusting the diamond-textured footplate so that your chest is comfortably supported against the chest pad when you lean forward, ensuring that your upper body is stable and supported. Load up to 400 LB Olympic-sized bumper plates onto the 13.5-in. long weighted sleeve. Grasp either vertical or horizontal grip handles and pull the handlebar towards your upper abdomen or lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you perform the rowing motion. “Happy with the equipment works great for my in home gym used by about 4 to 5 people frequently. Main problems came when the footplate adjuster knob was missing from the box. Customer Service was responsive to my emails, but still took like 3-4 weeks to get the missing piece. Now that I have it fully assembled love the piece of equipment”

“It's missing one handle and the chest pad is a little munched. Those are shipping issues, though...not attributed to Titan. It's a good product.”

“Don't waste your time with this terrible product. It took them like 3 months to ship the item (when they said it would take 15 day) then when i got it i cant even put the thing together becuase it was so poorly made. You would be better off just making your own.”
