The Chest Support Row is a leverage machine designed to isolate and target your back muscles, biceps, lats, and shoulders while reducing strain on your lower back. It provides a stable and supported platform for performing a rowing motion while keeping your back straight and core engaged. Start by adjusting the diamond-textured footplate so that your chest is comfortably supported against the chest pad when you lean forward, ensuring that your upper body is stable and supported. Load up to 400 LB Olympic-sized bumper plates onto the 13.5-in. long weighted sleeve. Grasp either vertical or horizontal grip handles and pull the handlebar towards your upper abdomen or lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you perform the rowing motion. Build the back you have always wanted and take your workout to a new level with the Plate-Loaded Chest Support T-Bar Row Machine.

1. Titan should have clearer assembly instructions. It was difficult to determine which bolts to use for which part. Better instructions also would likely reduce calls to your call center. 2. Titan should use stronger cardboard packing material. One of my parts was lost in transit because the box arrived torn and the upright support Part J likely fell out in transit. 3. Titan should have a better QA process on manufacturing. One of the pre-drilled holes was incomplete. I had to use a hammer and chisel to pop out the unnessary material.

The equipment is fine. However, you have to put this machine together and there are no directions. There are two extremely limited diagrams that you must use to figure out what goes where. Terrible job by titan fitness on that aspect. If something requires assembly, it doesn’t seem unreasonable to assume that directions for assembly would be provided.

I read some of the reviews and they were spot on, except good for price of $220, I paid $349. Makes me wonder if I am getting my money’s worth. Anyway, do not buy this machine if you are shorter than 5’11”, that is my height and I have the footplate as high as possible and I still feel too short. I don’t think most women should consider this machine because of the height requirement. Also, the footplate wobbles when I get on it. I read where people were drilling holes trying to make adjustments and saying it was good for the price. But my attitude is that I am paying 150% more than they did. I should not have to make adjustments

Everything was great and easy to put together. Only complaint is that the directions did not specify which bolt went into the foot platform, so I put the wrong bolts in and had to go back to swap them. Overall, great purchase!

Only compliant is the foot support plate wobbles. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement and it wobbled just as much. The adjustable foot support bar is produced a little too narrow and there is a lot of room to wiggle around.

Really good machine, the directions aren’t helpful at all and it can be a guessing game at times but once put together it’s amazing.

I am at the higher end of the weight range for this machine. It says weight max of 265, I’m 255. I feel supported really well. The foot plate has a tiny bit of movement when you’re stepping on to it but once your feet are evenly spaced it is fine. The t bar handles have to be screwed in, it is not quickly adjustable but with a socket wrench it’s easy to handle. The chest pad is nice. It provides great support and comfort while performing the exercise. I would recommend starting off light before trying to load up a bunch of plates. It is deceptive. Since you’re sort of “locked in place”, it really focuses all the effort on your back and arms. You can’t assist yourself in any way-which is great. I am 6’5”. So I have no issues with the height aspect of this machine. However, for those who are in the mid 5’ range (like my daughters) and below it may be a bit more difficult (I could be wrong-just an observation from my perspective). It is a large piece of equipment. Luckily, the footprint is narrow so it can occupy a longer space without requiring width. Assembly is fairly easy*. The one thing to be mindful of is the size of the bolts. Take a few minutes to make sure you have the sizes matched up with each other. I put an asterisk next to “easy” because unlike other Titan Fit equipment, this machine did not come with a wrench. I had to use ones I’ve kept from other Titan Fit equipment builds (I have several). I also used my ratchet for quicker assembly. Some of the bolts just screw in-no nut to attach on the other side. Overall, I am LOVING this piece of equipment. I have never felt a pump in my back like this gives me.
