Start by adjusting the diamond-textured footplate so that your chest is comfortably supported against the chest pad when you lean forward, ensuring that your upper body is stable and supported. Load up to 400 LB Olympic-sized bumper plates onto the 13.5-in. long weighted sleeve. “Okay. Good for a home gym little bit wobbly. Instructions are horrible. Titan fitness should at least have online video how to put it together, I think that would help a lot.”

“Decent piece of equipment the platform is not sturdy at all, and is quite wobbly. Even after the bolts are all securely tightened, and the piece of rubber that cushions where you lay the bar has already started to come off within less than a week.”

“I give it more of a 3.5. It would make it better if the handles and the chest support were adjustable, without having to remove the bolts. Then for the foot platform, if too much weight or pressure is put, it's going to easily bend. The rubber padding for the bar placement, already tore within the first couple of days.”

“There’s a reason this is so cheap! Terrible quality, machine shakes bad and Titan will do nothing to help as the customer service is the absolute worst! Do not recommend this at all unless you want a flimsy chest supported row that feels like it’s going to collapse when using.”
