Start by adjusting the diamond-textured footplate so that your chest is comfortably supported against the chest pad when you lean forward, ensuring that your upper body is stable and supported. Load up to 400 LB Olympic-sized bumper plates onto the 13.5-in. long weighted sleeve. Grasp either vertical or horizontal grip handles and pull the handlebar towards your upper abdomen or lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you perform the rowing motion. “Showed up with minimal damage, but not perfect either. Assembles easy enough if one just looks at the pics provided in the box. Motion is very smooth and can be adjusted as needed quickly on the feet, but not as fast for the pull attachment however this isn't likely needed to change frequently - just adjust your feet position when needed. At 6'3" this unit is great for me! Can see why shorter users can have issues, but normally us taller dudes are the ones with the struggle. Can't beat this unit for home gym at this price!”

“Great piece of equipment. The directions for assembly are a little difficult, but like someone else here suggested, lay all the pieces and hardware out ahead of time and it will go smoothly. I already have plans to buy more equipment from them. Highly recommend.”
