The Chest Support Row is a leverage machine designed to isolate and target your back muscles, biceps, lats, and shoulders while reducing strain on your lower back. It provides a stable and supported platform for performing a rowing motion while keeping your back straight and core engaged. Start by adjusting the diamond-textured footplate so that your chest is comfortably supported against the chest pad when you lean forward, ensuring that your upper body is stable and supported. Load up to 400 LB Olympic-sized bumper plates onto the 13.5-in. long weighted sleeve. Grasp either vertical or horizontal grip handles and pull the handlebar towards your upper abdomen or lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you perform the rowing motion. Build the back you have always wanted and take your workout to a new level with the Plate-Loaded Chest Support T-Bar Row Machine.

It wobbles a bit getting off and on but holds strong during lifts. I’m very happy with it! Well priced quality piece!

Love this new piece of equipment, very solid/sturdy, easily holds (4) 45lb plates without issues. Price was good, directions & packaging were less desirable. I’m sure UPS & Fedex just throw this stuff around after Titan ships it intact which probably creates the ripped, broken boxes it was shipped in

She Arrived early. I expected that. This is the Third Titan Machine I own. Pec Deck is next. For the Price. Their Equipment is perfect for a Home Gym. Back to the T bar. She Performs absolutely well. I Have to add a wooden block at the bottom. It is way too short. I am 5 " 11. Other than that. She works the Lats and back just right. This is no small piece of equipment. Heavy and sturdy. The weight gets heavy very fast. Definitely a great addition to my home gym.

Received the product in such a short amount time that I was shocked! Assembly was not too bad. Me and a buddy put it together in about 30 minutes and then we trained back. I was truly surprised at how stout this plate loaded machine is. Three 45s and no wobble at all. To be honest, the foot plate could be a little more sturdy...but, it adjusts...so there is a trade off there. With the hand adjustment options and foot adjustment options this thing works for me...6'4" and my buddy 5'6". I'm really blown away by the quality versus price point. Hell, the gym I usually train at doesn't have a chest supported t-bar row machine! I could not be happier with this purchase. Now to decide between the plate loaded lat pulldown versus the 300 pound stack pulldown...Thank you Titan for an excellent product at an affordable price. Would highly recommend!!!

Alriiiight heeeeeeeere we gooooo. So I ordered the TITAN FITNESS CHEST SUPPORTED T-BAR ROW yesterday and received it in less than 24 hours. Talk about fast ass shipping. It literally shipped out 30 minutes after I ordered it. Thought that was cool. First things first, installation wasn’t too bad. But like the “TITAN WAY” they put like 4 steps into 1 step and call it step 1 lol . Separating the hardware was annoying af so for the guys who recently bought this I included a picture from top to bottom going from 1-8 . (You’ll get it once you see the directions) let’s get to the juicy part. As I was building this thing I honestly thought, “this thing feels kind of flimsy.” But at the end result it’s actually quite sturdy. No issues with the machine moving at all while doing the row movement. It’s nice and smooth and I really appreciate Titan giving us options on where to put the handles. I currently have it on the number 2 setting. The first one which is closer to the weights activated pretty much only my rear delts because of how high the rowing motion was. Which brings me to what I got to say next. The angle on this thing is extremely challenging. The weight gets heavy...FAST. Once you past 2 plates or in this case over 100lbs it gets extremely tough quick. Don’t think you’re going to Load this thing up with 45s cause it ain’t happening. This would be a good time to utilize 10lb and 25lb plates after throwing on 2 plates. Another thing I wanna say is that this shit is definitely not for short people. I have my foot plate on the highest level and I still had to move the tbar down. And I’m 5’11 . If your 5’7 or shorter? Don’t waste your money. This thing won’t work for you unless you put a booster of some sort on the footplate. Also, a lot of people complained about the footplate not being extremely sturdy. Don’t get me wrong, it feels like it’s weak, and it actually wobbles while getting on it a little bit but that shit stays put and has no problems mid rows. Another thing I liked about the handle bars were the close grip bars are somewhat long. It lets me put my hand placement lower to hit my low lats which rarely activate for me and it activated extremely well using the handles. All in all, I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs to incorporate rows into their back routine. So far so good and it’s actually a lot more solid and stable than it looks. I also have no issues with imbalance due to the back not having any side supports like the front. All the weight is transferred to the front especially when you’re on it and it makes for a solid piece that won’t move while mid row. For 240 bucks delivered (because of my T rewards) I’d definitely buy this thing again! It works well, the movement is nice and smooth and natural, and it’s a hell of a great price! Hope it helps!
