The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“Great build, solid quality. I couldn't be happier with Titan on the fabrication and at a good cost. For those thinking reverse hypers are one trick ponies you can find additional exercises that are possible with this machine such as leg extensions and rows. I can say this has made a difference in lower back and hip pain, and after 20 years of lifting I wish I had one of these much sooner.”

“Ordered on Friday, received in 2 shipments on the following Tuesday/Wednesday, very fast shipping. No instructions but they were easy to find online. Extremely solid piece of equipment and sharp looking. Great piece for a garage gym!”

“I have to say that Titan has really stepped up their game. I wasnt sure about getting the Economy H-PND but I'm glad I did. It is priced reasonably specially for a garage gym owner. The packaging was great. Putting this together takes a bit if you are doing it alone but for the most part it was easy to assemble.”
