The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. “I bought this piece of equipment about 2 months ago. Its way more sturdy than I expected. There were no instructions but it went together fairly easy, did it by myself in about 2 hours: unpacking was probably the most time consuming part. Parts all fit with no problem and the unit is smooth/sturdy as any other reverse hyper. Perfect for home gym and probably sturdy enough for most commercial gyms. I am very happy with this purchase.”

“My Economy H-PND arrived and I did not even have to use the instructions as it was very easy to layout and place together. I experienced no issues at all with the fabrication and parts. This unit is extremely solid and well built. This was a perfect addition to my home gym. You cannot beat the price point on this unit. I have used the majority of the RH's out in the market and this one by far offers the best value around.”

“I can not say enough positive things about the econo HPND. I closely follow Westside Barbell training methodologies and have created my own home gym over the course of 11 years. After wanting to get a reverse hyper for a number of years, I finally created my own homemade version. It worked 'œok' for a time but I started ramping up the volume and i needed to get a real reverse hyper. After much searching I ran across Titan and the original HPND product...and when the economy version popped up I figured I'd give it a shot. The econo HPND was super easy to put together and all pieces were in the packaging and secured well enough to survive transit. The quality of the powder coat, the padded top and bearings were far higher than I expected at the price point. After putting it together in under an hour, the first reps were night and day in comparison with my homemade reverse hyper. 100% satisfied with quality, feel, price point, delivery and every aspect of the econo HPND. If you are on the fence, and a HPND or reverse hyper is in your near future for your home gym...do not hesitate with this one! Good job Titan!”

“Just purchased this item and I am beyond impressed with how awesome it turned out once put together! The fabric is high quality and the stitching is perfect! No tears, rips or any damage on this product when opening. Very easy to put together and for this price compared to other competitors you cant beat TITAN!! “If you've always wanted to try a reverse hyper and see what the hype is all about - this is the machine to get. It's a lot more affordable than the "other few options" out there. AND it works great! If this is the Econ version...the regular version must be a BEAST. Very happy with my purchase!”
