The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

Was so excited about this initially only to get to the bearings on the T bar and them not able to fit no matter what I did. The bearings are machined horribly. Actively working to get a refund but the issues with this have totally turned me away from Titan as a whole. I cannot believe the headache this has been.

I checked your account and found that you had already spoken with one of our product specialists, who had placed your replacement order. The one thing I had an issue with during the build, was the step connecting the swing arm and the bearings, then bolting the bearings to the frame. The bolt holes on the bearings simply would not line up properly on the frame. The fix is not in the instructions. What you have to do is loosen the tiny dark-colored screws that are on each bearing, so the swing arm can be fully inserted deep enough into the bearings, allowing them to be bolted onto the frame. Once I figured this out, the machine is absolutely perfect! The quality is incredible, the machine is super sturdy, works like a dream and is 100% worth buying!

The word Economy needs to be removed from the name. Economy implies cheap and this machine is not. It is heavy, solid, and no worries of it shifting around when swinging the weight. I would call this unit the H-PND for Home and the heavier unit the H-PND Commercial or something like that.

The Economy H-PND is the quality and durability of equipment you would find at a commercial gym. I've used it a dozen times now so far and can really feel the workout in the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. Very happy with the equipment, it came in two boxes and you'll need help carrying it from the driveway drop-off to where you're setting it up. The box was punctured and ripped in a few places as it's heavy but the packaging was great and not a scratch on the equipment. Took a little over an hour to set it up, online manual was helpful and just needed 5 minutes of my kid's help with one part of the assembly.

I had a less heavy duty Reverse Hyper (Rogue Westside Scout). I was maxing out the weight it could hold and had to put dumbbells near the feet to keep it from moving/sliding around my garage. I decided to upgrade to this version and I’m happy I did. It can hold more weight and is steady (doesn’t move around). I don’t think I’d need Titan’s heavier version. I’m 175# and squat 450#. I’ve loaded it to 300# without any issues.
