The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. “Good quality for price and it’s very competitively priced in comparison to the other brands. Very minor note, the pegs for the weights have a matte silver coating that is very cheap and rubs off very quickly. The pegs would be just fine without it.”

“Great piece of equipment for the price. A little bit bulky, sits a bit high, but not through the fault of the engineering. This is almost a necessity after heavy deadlifting and squatting to really stretch out and decompress the back. If you have trouble with discs or back pain in general, this will solve it. A modern necessity for heavy lifting if you have the space.”

“I've wanted this machine for a VERY long time and got it on black friday. my complaint is that one of the bearings was crooked and when i assembled it, the bolt holes would not line up. I contacted customer service who told me to hit it with a mallet (which I had already tried). it didn't *really* work and the holes still do not line up. I asked customer service to send new bearings, they never responded so now the bolts are just screwed in at an angle but it still works.”

“I love this machine. It's very sturdy and I really like the adjustable handles. I use it at least once a week for a high rep workout for my lower back. I very much like the decompression aspect that it offers to my lower back. Everything went together very easily and I found a guide online with the instructions. This is a great tool to have in my gym”
