The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

Very heavy duty for an “economy model”

This thing rules!!! This is a rather large piece of equipment, but with that it holds a ton of weight and functions perfectly. Warms my posterior chain up like nothing else before squats and deads.

This ensures that my other lifts(squat+deadlift) don’t mess up my back.

After reading about the Reverse hyper for low back pain, (after being diagnosed with a L4 herniated disc) I sought out to find relief outside of spinal injections. I’ve been doing this for 3 months 3x a week; 4 sets 12 reps extremely light weight and building up. Overall, I noticed a huge difference immediately in my posture and pain level. I was walking more upright, and it was a huge help in warming up for deadlifts and squats as I’ve basically been relearning movement patterns and engaging my core and pelvis. The unit itself it sturdy and I was able to put it together quickly and easily with the help of my 12 year old. I’m excited to continue using it more consistently since having a major chest surgery. It really is a great tool not just for a back injury- but overall awareness of the posterior chain, and glute/ham development.
