The Economy H-PND is great for hyperextensions, which tone your glutes and hamstrings. Hyperextensions can also help increase the flexibility of your hips. With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“i like the Economy H-PND but for the leg strap does not work for me, if i try to use it i cant get up on the bench. i will figure out a better design for my body type , other then that, it is solid and worth the money.”

“Titan Fitness pretty much already had me devoted, but it's a done deal now. This unit is incredible; commercial-grade construction, high quality welds, absolutely zero wobble even with my 6'4" 265 lbs self swinging away on there with notable weight on the arm. If that wasn't all enough, the unit arrived with a bit of shipping damage (a bent bearing and a small rip in the top pad). I contacted customer service about this, and within a day they got back to me and confirmed they'd be sending replacement parts, no questions asked. A few days later, I received not just those 2 replacement parts, but rather an entirely new upper assembly with all new parts. In short, amazing company making amazing products at an amazing value with amazing service to its customers. Why buy from anywhere else?”

“A good quality piece of equipment. I suffered from a herniated lower back and after using this 1-2 times a week for about 3 weeks all the pain went away and I can now deadlift and squat with no pain. I highly recommend it!”

“Equipment arrived in proper packaging. For once, the materials and hardware were all present and assembled with some ease. The machine does what you want it do for performing the reverse hyper extension. I've even used it for leg lifts for an abdominal exercise. Versatility is nice and the machine functions as it should. Don't have anything negative to say about this machine as of yet.”
