With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting - with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit's integrity, stability, and function. Tighten and tone your muscles with the Economy H-PND. This machine allows you to target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“So like you, I spent a lot of time researching a reverse hyper and came across this one. After lots of thinking and wanting to make a budget friendly decision, I went with this and do not regret it at all. Received with no damage to the box or components. Took me about an hour to put together. I weigh 230lbs and I've loaded 250lbs on this with no issues at all. So far I have not had any issues where the machine itself moves forward with the pendulum moving. It is very well built and feels solid compared to commercial. Definitely recommend if you are on the fence about buying it. Titan nailed this.”

“This is a well built piece of equipment. You could probably even use it at a commercial gym if you wanted. Im very happy with the quality. If you're looking for a reverse hyper without the $1000+ price tag that still offers good quality this is it.”

“This thing is so solid. After putting it together and tightening the bolts per the instructions, it didn't budge. I was 260ish at the time and it didn't move which was mind blowing to me. I feel very safe on it and its even sloped down due to my garage floor being sloped (drainage) and it still doesn't budge. Good job Titan Fitness, this is a stable and high quality piece.”
