“The lat tower works great but a few things were irritating. 1. The hardware from Titan is always terrible, this one included. I have to use a powerful hammer drill each time just to get the bolts to get on as they’re threaded incorrectly most times. 2. The spring carabiners given already snapped. Lucky I didn’t get hurt from the cable when this happened. That can be remedied by getting stronger carabiners but it shouldn’t have to be done for a $300+ product. 3. The instructions weren’t included. I tried and the link given didn’t work. Had to manually google the instructions only for them to be terrible anyway. Just did a YouTube video for help in building it. 4. The item went on sale less than a week since I purchased it. Asked Titan if they’d at least cover the difference and they never responded. 5. Had to spray WD-40 silicone lubricant to the pulleys. Not a big deal but shouldn’t have to be done for a brand new product. Once greased up they span freely and well.”

“Opened the box and, to my dismay, I see cutouts and thin plates at the ends of the crossmembers. These crossmembers don’t look very strong at all. Only rated at 300 pounds capacity and I can see why. I would be afraid to try to pull anything heavy with this attachment. However, the rest of the pieces look well made. Definitely need to change the design of the crossmembers.”
