The cable system is surprisingly smooth and this piece has been a great asset. I only wish I had the taller rack because I am unable to squat inside my rack after attaching the lat tower

Recieved rack with wrong hardware. Was like pulling teeth to get right hardware sent. Also, cross beam damaged in shipping. Still havheard from warranty dept on this issue. Its been 8 days. Waited 6 weeks for this order that was said to be in stock when ordered. Then all this after waiting. Would not recommend Titan for anything at this point

This is a clever system that has worked well for my needs. The distance is a little short on a full rep but that's my space limitation and needing a short rack. Cable routing instructions were confusing and need to be updated in the instruction, I had to look at the pictures of the tower on the website to figure them out.

It’s good overall. Overhead extensions and all president for triceps are mint excellent , love it. Doing all sorts of cable rows for back from top part of pully , when seated comfortably is aces also. Read what I wrote. The Lat tower would be a lot better on the 92” power rack. I changed my attic into a gym in my house. Ceiling are low , I’m 5’8” and ordered the 82” rack and lat tower. Doing certain movements and exercises on the Lat tower are awkward, like the low cable pully is totally weird and awkward just feels very Odd or the low cable bicep curls even trying to to standing bicep curls with the top pully is awkward, I have to lean Ben’s my knees or sit . I have to sit down and perform these certain exercises. Also I have to sit on the floor doing wide grip lat pull downs when using the top pully for back , due to the 82” height I can’t get a full extension. So I made some adjustments and ordered an Aerbic deck which basically plays the part of a low adjustable bench , height is 8” or 14” , so now I’ll be able to sit on a bench and perform these exercises normally and comfortably. Nothing is perfect and sometimes adjustments have to be made. I can’t fully blame Titan here , not their fault my ceilings are low, but still using the cables for certian exercises is awkward. Overall it has more plus then minuses and for the few minuses all you have to do is make some basic minor adjustments to make it work. End of the day , with adjustments made and all the great exercises u can do I’ll def give this 8/10*s. Very much worth the money

It’s very nice and adds so many more options to my workouts. I replaced the carabiners bc ovals work much better to change attachments and it’s not the same gauge steel as the rack, but all in all a great value and piece of equipment.

Very nice addition, but the cable system is a little tricky. Directions could definitely be better since it’s an online manual. Otherwise another great piece and you can’t beat the price.

Like every muscle, the back needs versatility and the X3 lat tower delivers! I find this pulley system very smooth and the weight I’m pulling feels very natural. This addition to my rack enables me to add volume and other dynamics such as drop sets to my back routine. My rear delts and triceps have also experienced the benefits of my new tower. Triceps and delts love cable exercises! From tricep pushdowns to face pulls this tower has many options when it comes to versatility. Well worth the money!

It wasn't designed to fit in my sled T-3 rack , but I made it work. It wasn't too difficult to make it work since I had the rack extension. I like the design and ease of loading and unloading places. the low row in addition to the lat pulldown was a nice touch, I use both extensively.
