I bought X-3 flat foot rack first because I don't want to bolt it to ground, but later I wanted this lat tower upgrade. The issue arises as Titan does not offer official compatibility. The problem is the lower cross frame (please refer to the manual for the terminologies) of a lat tower interferes with the triangular fixing plates of a flat foot rack. The length of the lower cross frame is 42 inches, the same as the rack's inside width so there's no room for the fixing plates. 1. You can remove the inner fixing plates to make room for the lower cross frame, but it will sacrifice the stability of the rack. One thing I could suggest is you do this on the 10 or 24-inch extension kit to lessen the impact. 2. I actually buy this short height (82-inch) lat tower for my 91-inch (tall) rack. In that case, the lower cross frame is placed above the fixing plate so rack stability is not sacrificed. However, the lower fixing frame (the foot of the lat tower) is hanging 10 inches above the ground so I fill the gap with sturdy yoga boxes. Be sure to insert the boxes first before you tighten the bolt. It's definitely not as optimal as it was originally designed but this is the best I can do. And I'm using it everyday without any issues. For those who have the same pain, hope it helps. Actually the compatibility issue can be easily solved by Titan. Currently the length of lower cross frame is exactly 42 inches. If titan can provide a compatible version that reduces it by the thickness of two fixing plates, it will work with flat foot rack perfectly.

Those who've purchased many Titan T3 racks and attachments should be aware, there's basically two quality tiers, and a dice roll as to which you'll get. I'm happy to report, this was of the higher quality tier, meaning clean welds, and more even dark grey powder coat. It comes in 2 packages, the 2nd being just the guide rods. The installation was straight forward, except for the cable routing. I had to study their stock pics to figure that out. The movement was a bit jerky, until I coated the guide rods in a layer of silicone lubricant. Overall I'm happy with this product. But I do believe it should've included a rope attachment at the very least. I hope Titan offers a weight stack conversion one day.

Ordered this along with my T3 series 36in depth rack as I felt this was a must for my fitness goals. I was not disappointed! Took a gamble to pair it with the multi-grip pull up bar (as I didn't get an answer if they'd work together) and they fit perfectly! Would definitely not fit with the 24in depth rack. The pairing makes my rack solid. The bottom and top braces are identical so if you want the nice Titan Fitness badge on top, where it is more visible, you can.

This is a great addition to my T-3 rack. Assembly was easy. I actually attached it to the extension that I purchased for the rack. It works great. No complaints. I use it for lat pull downs, tricep extensions, seated rows and bicep curls as well. I have close to 25 products from Titan and I am pleased with all of them. I use my gym 6 days a week.

Simple addition, helps stabilize the rack itself with lower stabilization. Smooth clean operation/ movement. So many additional exercises available with the pull down rack. It was a no brainier for me once i saw it available. Only issue's, i wont use the inside of the rack for benching until i get the 10" extension. Not a huge concern, I rack on the front posts for now with the spotter arms attached. Also, low pulley is a bit low for a seated row on the bench. I use the floor, higher could have been better, but similar issue with last machine i owned as well. Neither concern worth giving any negative stars.

This was a great addition to my Titan X-2 Short Rack. The cables do make it difficult for squatting if you are facing them but I just flipped directions and it works great. Well built and easy to setup. I have been extremely happy with all my Titan purchases.
