very fast shipping!!! solid quality!!!! like how easy it is to assemble... BUT!!!! I have the X3 flat foot rack and I dont think they cleary specify that itis not 100% compatible with it. I needed to do some modifications of my own to make it fit... It is yet to be tested. I dont know if what I did is enough for heavy beatdown.

This equipment really completed my home gym. It installed and was ready to go in a little more than an hour. The only complaint I have is that the cables get in my face when I'm un-racking my barbell for squats and the bottom cross-member also doesn't allow my bench to get deep into my rack for bench press. Make sure to pick up some silicone lubricant to keep the weight stack from jamming on you. Really good buy. 8/10

Okay the assembly was not too difficult using the online manual. However the cabling diagram should be a color photo to save people from playing trial and error. Also the manual showed a couple short pieces of cable at the anchor point on the Tower and weight horn but these were small chain sections in my package. There are youtube videos that show the cabling so this shouldn't be a problem. Once together the Lat Tower works very smooth and quiet and is great for Tricep pushdowns, Lat pulls and rows. Just gives your rack a lot more workout options. Considered it a bonus that the two bars were included but I had some. Well worth the money.

Feels sturdy, easy to assemble with instructions and priced well. It adds a lot of variety to your workouts. I only with the pulley for the seated rows was a bit higher.

It’s been a good addition so far. You can get creative with the exercise you can do with it. Acquire some more attachments and you have multiple variations of lat pulls, shrugs, tri extensions, curls, belt squats, standing abs, and more. Very pleased with it!
