In the pictures, it looks like it might be flimsy, but it’s not. Over engineered in the best way. Works super smooth and rock solid.

I first ordered this lat pull down with a kneeholder, Because the rep That I spoke with before ordering explained that it would fit. After receiving the equipment I learned that the knee holder would not fit the particular Lat pull down that I ordered together with the knee holder. I sent the knee holder back and learned that they do not make one for my particular Lat pull-down model. I bought this machine to specifically do that. Pull down and I can't complete them as normal without a knee holder. I really need input about how to resolve this issue.

Purchased the lat pull down to pair with x3 rack. There is an extremely unfortunate defect in the design that causes the cable to rub against the rack and shred. After 3 uses with minimal weight the equipment was completely unusable. I called customer service and received a complete run around and was left with virtually no help. No one one the phone sounded surprised by my issue and I got the distinct impression this isn’t an uncommon problem. Extremely disappointing experience that I wouldn’t want anyone to experience.

Works great. The cables are 4 piece system which was a bit confusing. It could have been accomplished with three.

The powder coating scratches easy which is a shame considering the cost

It's a nice piece of equipment. Build and install wasn't too bad but like most things I've bought from Titan the instructions are awful. The hardware never matches the instructions, and plus I had some extra hardware and was missing others. A few emails and the parts issue was quickly cleared up by customer support without trouble. It's mostly my fault but I find it to be very filling for the rack. Basically the two back posts are obstructed. I bench press in it but the bench is against the lower support, and squatting is odd because putting the bar on your back puts your face literally in the pulleys. In itself it's smooth, has quality attachments, and works well, however if you have the room go with a stand alone unit.
