I purchased this item for my T-3 bolt down rack that I do not have bolted down, so far its been amazing I can do a numerous amounts of workouts. It also made my rack a lot more sturdier. Installation did take about an hour. I would also recommend you lubricate the metal bars and cables with silicone lubricant since they do get stick just a little. overall im very happy with my purchase.

I installed this on a T-3 Rack with 24" extension. I installed it by myself with no issues. The extension helps a lot. Plenty of room for a bench and accessories. Titan delivers a quality product for reasonable cost. It works on different racks so the hardware is a little long for the T-3 but works fine. Since I ordered multiple products at once I had some leftover shorter bolts from the pull up bar. One little hint - this comes with stabilizer bars. That means you are left with an extra pull up bar. That extra bar makes a great temporary brace on the bottom front of the rack to square it off while you are putting it all together. That keeps everything square and level while tightening up the bolts.

This equipment really completed my home gym. It installed and was ready to go in a little more than an hour. The only complaint I have is that the cables get in my face when I'm un-racking my barbell for squats and the bottom cross-member also doesn't allow my bench to get deep into my rack for bench press. Make sure to pick up some silicone lubricant to keep the weight stack from jamming on you. Really good buy. 8/10
