I'm 5'9" and I wish the seat was able to adjust a little higher so I could have more of a range of motion.

I’ve wanted this piece of equipment for a while. It has been an excellent addition to my gym. Easy to assemble. Fairly compact. Sturdy. For fellow tall people who are contemplating this machine: I am 6’5”. I have the seat at the lowest setting while using the overhead press feature and if I extend fully it will engage the locking mechanism that keeps the overhead press feature in the up position so that you can use the lateral raise feature unobstructed. I’m still getting a great range of motion, I just thought you’d be wondering about that. I imagine people taller than me (or with longer reach) might find this annoying. The seat is just the right width for me. Although it may be too tight if you’re a tall mesomorph. I eyed this machine for a good six months. I’m extremely happy with it.

This unit is sturdy, well-assembled and a decent value for the money. Why only three stars? Well, I'm short (5'-6"). When trying to do side shoulder raises it was not possible to get my shoulders at the hinge point of the arm because the seat was too low, even at its highest setting. Also, when doing shoulder presses I could not get full range of motion (the arm wouldn't come all the way down to my shoulder) even with the seat at its upmost position. To rectify both issues I had to drill additional holes at the bottom of the seat post to raise the seat to an appropriate higher level (for me). Problem solved, except with the higher seating position the back pad is not as long as it should be. As I said, decent value but with flaws.

Missing washers for the back of machine for pivot of shoulder press. Had to pick up a couple. No instructions but the picture says it all. Smooth action, functional, and ergonomic.

Works great and easy to assemble. Only wish the seat had a little more height adjustment for us short folks

This machine works as expected. Range of motion is good. I've been training for over 30 years and this is a great machine for home use. Just waiting for the incline chest press to go on sale!
