“Great for targeting the overall shoulder cap, but the seat adjustments as is doesn’t give a 5’8” guy full range of motion. To fix the issue I drilled to more holes in the seat pad adjustment tubular holder to raise seat up two more inches and now have the range needed.”

“A must have piece of equipment for your home gym. More compact then I thought it would be which is a good thing. Assembly by myself took an hour and half. Packaging was excellent all in 1 box.
