“I was hesitant to purchase from Titan because I'd read reviews that the equipment came poorly packaged which resulted in bent and missing pieces. I was thrilled when the package arrived and it had both horizontal and vertical reinforcement straps which had been taped down to ensure they didn't move. There was only some minor corner damage which was not an issue because packaging material inside the box. Kudos to Titan for improving their packaging. If I have any issues with the equipment it's that the seat could move up and down a little more. Taller users might want it lower for the lateral raise and shorter users may want it higher for presses. Remember to download the assembly instructions from the description page on the website.”

“The unit is great. Gym quality design and feel. Very sturdy and strong. Assembly was somewhat easy however the direction of overhead press bar could have been more descriptive because it seems that most people make this same installation mistake and then have to take apart that section and turn around. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star review was because contact support was very slow in responding to my question about a part included in beginning.”
