“I had shoulder surgery a little over a year ago and as I’ve come back with rehab and training I was looking for something I could lift shoulders heavy but safely. This machine is awesome, plenty of range of motion for both exercises and I can load up without fear of going over head. Probably the only machine on the market with the two exercise combination.”

“Easy to put together. Even for short people like us. love having this piece for a home gym. The cable and pullies can wind up on you causing a bit of a drag. So just pay attention. If you can get past the FedEx bs then buy this piece.”

“one flaw in my opinion, that is, the seat cannot be raised enough for the shoulder press. I am 6' and would expect 5'10 and shorter to really find the seat too low even at highest seat adjustment. Cannot get deep enough. I guess I will look for a very thick seat pad. I still give it 5 stars.”
