“Packaging was perfect, no damage to box or spotter arms during shipping. I primarily use the spotter arms for incline barbell bench press and RDLs on the front side of the rack. These feel pretty beefy and so far does the job protecting me and the barbell.”

“I love these they are so much easier to move around and more versatile than the pin pipe safeties. My rack is not a titan rack but my uprights are a true 2X2. My holes for the hitch pin didnt line up so I cut the hole into a slot that goes all the way out the end. At that point they were great but a sloppy fit to my uprights so I remade the plastic pads from some 1/4 inch thick plastic and they fit perfect now. If you have this issue you can make shims to put behind the pads with a pair of scissors and plastic from something like a milk jug. Since my rack is not a Titan I expected some fitting adjustments, but my rack manufacturer offers no accesories for their rack Titan, excels here even supporting their budget rack with a good selection of options. The ones they dont have I have modified from their T3 series. I have the T3 Lever arms, Multi grip chin bar, and logo crossmember on my rack. The lever arms are easy to modify I sleeved the pin for my 1" holes and drilled a new crosspin hole in the bracket and used a 3/8 hitchpin behint the upright. The crossmembers required drilling my uprights but well worth it to me for the added stability and being able to use the multigrip chin bar which I like a lot. Looks like I reviewed several products in one but I am so happy that Titan has all these options available to me.”

“Didn’t actually fit and Titan is demanding that I pay return shipping to make an exchange. They’ve made exceptions for others in similar circumstances but you have to know someone who knows someone at Titan to be able to exchange an item for free. I’ve been a repeat customer and still got this shoddy treatment. Take your business elsewhere. I’m doing so immediately.”

“I ordered these spotter arms not realizing that they do not fit the rack I have. I tried to get this resolved for an exchange to get the correct arms, but all that was offered was a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and I would have to take care of the shipping myself. The cost of shipping and the 20% restocking fee would mean my refund would be less than half of what I paid. I am just wanting to get to correct arms that fit my rack and I would imagine a larger fitness company would be able to cover the cost for me to ship them back and get the correct arms.”
