The Youth Pull-Up Bar is strong enough to hold an adult but dedicated to your child's fitness routine. While you are working out on one side of your rack, your child could be working out on the other. No longer will you have to stand by holding your kiddo while they focus on their upper strength. This rack-mounted bar is fully adjustable along your 2"x 3" or 3" x 3" upright with a single quick-pin. It features a smooth 1.25" diameter grip, a laser-cut T in the gusset, and is compatible with the T-3, X-3, and TITAN Series Power Racks.

I bought for my kids. They love it. I put it on my X-3 rack. Very sturdy. I haven’t tried it myself as I use the rack. I wouldn’t anticipate any issues if I tried it.

This is so very useful. the only thing I have to say about it is in order to keep it straight it requires 2 pins and it only comes with one.

I have a quick attach pull-up bar that attaches to my 3x3” uprights, but my options are limited to it being mounted between two uprights. There are times when my wife or my son want to be Abel to use the pull up bar while I’m using the rack for other lifts, so this attachment is PERFECT! I also use it to perform loop band exercises (flys, tricep extension, etc) People have said that their bar doesn’t sit flush (causing the bar to extend in a way that is not level with the floor), but I do not have that problem - mine is flush. It feels VERY STURDY, and seems like it can handle a bit more than the weight rating they claim, but maybe I’ll respect that limit just in case…

I love this bar. This is perfect for training certain moves without any step ups. I train muscle ups, Pull ups, straight bar dips, and the best of all you can progress and push-ups by lowering the bar to your clients progression level.

It’s pretty awesome that my little dudes now have a bar to do pull up on next to me on the rig. They’re 5 and 3 so I have a box they climb on to get to the bar and use bands to assist. But it’s an awesome piece of equipment that we will use for years until my kids can start doing pull ups on the full size rig.
