Made well, gets the job done. Top hole is big enough for the pins and attachments I use. Recommended.

The Titan Fitness Loading pin is an inexpensive versatile exercise tool that can be used for belt squats, deadlifts, shrugs, calf raises, curls, pull-downs, front raises, side lateral raises, Y-raises, reverse curls, presses, and triceps extensions. Every home gym should have at least one.

The loading Pin has replaced my tedious and slow process of slings and carabiner. I love using it for weighted pull ups and overcoming isometric pulls. Solid design.
