“I've experienced the same issues mentioned in the other reviews: 1) the quality of the rope is beyond terrible, as it started fraying after maybe 15 seconds of use. It's inexcusable that Titan would include something so low quality with an item at this price point 2) the rope falls off the pulley very easily. As others mentioned, they really need to add some sort of cover to this.
Edit: lowering my review from 2 stars to 1 after going through a warranty claim on the rope. I was offered two options: be given a replacement rope of the exact same poor quality (be warned: they don’t have any other rope available, in case you’re like me and thought that they’d be able to replace it with something better) and ship the original back, or be given a partial refund….of only 10%! Truly embarrassing that this company knows they are selling an inferior product and are unwilling to make things right. I will never buy another Titan product again.”
“Used 2x and the rope has already become shredded. I think it’s a potentially a great piece of equipment but the rope is of very poor quality. At the rate of current training I will have to find a replacement for it in a week or two.”

“Like the concept and idea of the equipment but has 2 flaws.
1. The rope had already started to fray after 2 days of use
2. A way to keep the rope on the system so people can pull more freely and not have to worry about it coming off

“I really want to love this, but it’s just ok. The biggest issue I have is that there is nothing holding the rope in the unit. At this point four different people have used it, and every single one has accidentally pulled the rope off the unit while using it. There needs to be some kind of quick-change cover keeping the rope in place. It could just be a simple piece of plastic.
Also, the rope started fraying within seconds of using it for the first time.
Other infinity rope units I’ve seen are significantly more expensive, but if I had it to do over again, I’d probably just skip this and save up for those.
Hopefully Titan will put out a v2 that has a cover to keep the rope in place, and have a better quality rope. With those two changes, this could be a 5-star item.”

“This pulley system is a simple and effective design and would be a great value if it weren't for the terrible rope that is included. The system works well but the rope begins to fall apart immediately. Within the first couple minutes of pulling the rope, it had small pieces that had come loose and were sticking out all over the entire 14' length. I had the rope replaced 3 times but each time it was the same issue with the added issue of a hard spot that gets caught when pulling through the pulley... If they improve the rope I would recommend this product but until then I do not recommend it.”
