Unleash your inner Titan with the Y Dip Attachment designed for the T-3 Series Power Racks. Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, this dip station will hold a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your rack within seconds. The two 48mm grip handles are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20" to 25.5" wide. Secure, dependable, and perfect for performing a variety of knee and leg raises to target your abs.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with T-3 Series Racks purchased prior to October 2021. Additionally, if your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the T-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack

although i love the dip attachment if you don’t have weight holders on your squat rack or any counter weight when you go to do a dip the squat rack will tip over

Built well and plenty sturdy when mounted. Make sure you have a permanent home for it because it’s heavy duty and don’t wanna remove it all the time when not in use

T-3 Series Y-Dip Attachment - This product works good when it doesn't wobble on the T-3 rack. I had to contact Titan which they sent me another one... Same issue. Charles

Got the T-3 series dip attachment and love the ease and convenience of if. I am a big guy and this thing easily supports my weight. Quality built product like I have come to expect from Titan Fitness!

I love the attachment, especially considering it was relatively inexpensive. My wish was that it would mount to go to the side of the rack and not protrude from the front. This is only because my workout area isn't huge so there is some small chance that it could interfere when doing deadlifts. Easy solution is to just take it down if I'm not using it, but I'm lazy and would rather roll the dice I don't bump into it when gettin my swell on
