Unleash your inner Titan with the Y Dip Attachment designed for the T-3 Series Power Racks. Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, this dip station will hold a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your rack within seconds. The two 48mm grip handles are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20" to 25.5" wide. Secure, dependable, and perfect for performing a variety of knee and leg raises to target your abs.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with T-3 Series Racks purchased prior to October 2021. Additionally, if your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the T-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack

“I have used the Titan T3 y dip attachment and found it great addition. It works my chest, triceps and abs. It is easy, for me, to set up and remove. It adds another tool for variety to my workouts to keep me motatived. I recommend it.”

“Very effective and sturdy. Comfortable grip and a good taper. My only complaint is that it's a bit loose where it connects to the rack so it rattles. It makes the dips a little harder because it shakes if you're at all unsteady. Not a big deal, and I'm overall very pleased with the purchase. Very worth the price.”

“Works with my PRX Murphy rack. The Y-dip a bit wide, but I'm 6ft in it works great for me. I do dip and leg raises without any problems. Great product and a great price that is better than PRX.”

“Use causes the T3 to tip a little, even with 166lbs on weight holders on the opposite side (I weigh about 175lbs).”
