I'm an old dude with honked up shoulders so kipping 80 lbs dumbells to do incline sucks. Having these ate great. I gotta still work with these for dumbell shoulder presses.

I purchased these dumbbell racks because my presses and flyes were limited by how much weight I could swing up from the floor. I don't have a Titan-brand power cage, so I bought them knowing I would have to drill holes in my cage to make them work. I also had to remove the cage bar pads from the dumbbell racks because my uprights are a little wider than the Titan cage. Removing the screws was easy, and they fit my cage perfectly now. The racks work exactly how I was hoping they would.

Really love these. I have the Nuobell adjustable dumbbells and these work perfect with them - since I can’t just throw them on the ground after a heavy set. Having a herniated back, really prevents potential strain on lower back when doing bench and shoulders.
