The X-3 Series Y-Dip from Titan Fitness® will transform your X-3 Series Power Rack into a fully adjustable dip station. Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your Rack within seconds. The two 48 mm grip handles can hold up to 550-pounds and are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20 to 25.5-inches wide.NOTE: If your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the Titan X-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack

“I try and be a minimalist with as many things as possible, including my home gym. You don;t have to train for very long before you learn that some of the best athletes and physiques were built with minimum equipment but maximum effort. Which is fine. But rack accesories exist for a reason. They make time spent in the gym better. Just like ferris bueller says, "It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up."”
