The T-2 Series Sandwich J-Hooks are designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the hooks to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the hooks down. No hardware required. The two 1.375" wide hooks can hold up to a combined 1,600 LB and feature 1" of UHMW plastic core sandwiched between two thick steel plates with 0.375" of UMHW exposed to protect and preserve your bar's finish and knurling. “heavy duty, and seem very well built. but whatever plastic they use to protect the barbell rubs off too easily and leaves black marks on my green barbell, and green cerakote from barbell rub easily off leaving j sandwich hooks green. that doesn’t happen with the plastic from my normal j hooks that came with my rack.”

“It works I just wish there was more of the uhmw plastic on the bottom of the hook I just use it as a holder so there's no metal on metal contact. I use the rollers as my main setup”

“I caught these on sale and ordered a pair to upgrade the hooks on my rack. They arrived on time in great condition. I don't have a Titan rack, but these fit on my 2x2 rack just fine. After using them for a week, I liked them enough to order a second pair so I won't have to move the hooks between squat and bench sessions. The second set also arrived on time and undamaged. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that each hook fits a bit differently on the upright. Some have quite a bit of play while there's one that fits snugly. This doesn't affect the function, but it is noticeable when you put them on. If you have a 2x2 rack, you know by now your accessory options are limited. These j hooks are the best I've found for this size and I highly recommend them.”
