“I have a half-rack from another company that I wanted to improve by making it safer and having plate storage. The other company thinks their extensions are made of gold, so I looked for alternatives. I have other Titan Fitness products and decided to go with the X-3 series bolt-down extension kit because it would meet my needs at a reasonable price. So, it arrived in perfect condition and is beefy. Since I am only using the extension for safety (preventing my half-rack from tipping) and plate storage, it doesn't matter if J-cups or spotter arms interchange. The only issue I had, which I knew would happen, is the holes in the uprights don't align with the holes in my half-rack uprights. When the 24" side extensions were installed at the bottom, there was less than 1/16" difference in the hole location for the bottom plates to sit flush on the floor. A little drill work fixed that in about 2 minutes. The upper extensions were off enough to where I had to drill new bolt holes. It seriously took less than 15 minutes to mark and drill the holes. A few minutes of alteration saved me about $300... worth every minute! I now have a safe half rack system that doesn't move at all. I already had some weight horns but with the 8 that came with this extension, I have room for a lot more plates than the 700 lbs I own. Would I recommend this extension kit to others? You bet! If you have a Titan rack, you won't have to alter anything. If you have a bolt-down system from another company, realize you might have to do some alterations... but it's worth it!”

“High quality is it in Seoul Korea customer service is always with titan. My only complaint is some of the bolts and nuts were stripped”
