The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine is an easy-to-use stabilizer machine keyed to improve balance and range of motion. The machine features a plate-loaded system, an adjustable padded seat with a backrest, dual foot positions, and a smooth gear system. This inner and outer thigh machine targets your adductor and abductor muscles from one seated position! Easily set your desired weight, sit back on the high-density seat/back cushions, and turn the knee pads so that they rest against the outside of your knees and press outward against them, working against the resistance of the abductor's muscles. Adjust the machine as necessary, position your legs outside of the pads, and press into the cushions to work the adductor muscles.
UPDATED VERSION: The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine now comes with the bottom half pre-assembled and welded together.

“Awesome machine and great quality. Was missing some washers and make sure you download the manual. Also some numbers on the manual are off but you start around step 9 out of 13 so it’s not bad. Make sure to clinch you butt cheeks and tell “Titan Fitness!” Every rep.”

“I could talk about the commercial Gym design, the heavy duty steel construction, the fact that the welds and smooth mechanical operation of my new Titan Fitness plate-loaded Hip Abductor/Adductor machine V2 are great points. But most reviews I read hit those highlights. I could even talk about having caught a comparatively great sale price. However, My review relates to the fact at 74 years young, I was starting to have pain in my hips and back due to not properly challenging the adductor and Abductor muscles in my home gym. Floor leg raises, cable kicks, or stretches with rubber bands did not adequately help. However, after only about a month on my new purchase, I feel great when walking, negotiating stairs on the run, getting in and out of my car, etc., all pain free. This is the result I wanted, it is very encouraging. Given the new mobility, I have lost 12 pounds. Hooo-ahh!”

“This a great piece of equipment. It looks like they made the build a lot easier than before, it now comes half built and only takes about 30 minutes to assemble. Great value if you catch it on sale.”

“This is a well made quality machine, very smooth, and targets the intended muscle. I believe it was responsibly Priced at $700, but not over $1000. Wanted it for a while would not have purchased if they didn’t have a sale bringing it down to its original price. At over $1k you’re approaching lower end gym quality. Would recommend if the price is between $700-$850ish. Very well made, and sturdy.”
