I was VERY lucky and got mine as a scratch and dent item. It came with a few cosmetic flaws but it was a great bargain. It was easy to assemble.....I used my bench as my worktable as this has some heavy parts. To load and off load from my T2, I used bands. I attached the bands to the pull up bar and then to the leg press arms. This turned 120lbs into about 90lbs. This makes mounting and dismounting more manageable. But stand BEHIND your attachment because that diamond cut plate will have you howling if it hits your shin! I love this addition and may buy an entire other T2 just to leave this mounted. As for the workout itself, because of the lower angle, I feel like I get a bit more engagement through my glutes, hams and quads.
