End your leg day with a burning set of intense quad conditioning with the Sissy Squat Machine. Also known as Matrix Squats, this machine allows you to perform high rep bodyweight squats or increase the difficulty by holding a kettlebell across your chest.
This lower body specialty machine has four adjustable foot roller positions, from 5 to 8-inches, and five adjustable calf pad positions, from 16 to 20-inches, for comfort and safety. Fully equipped with a diamond plated footplate, high-quality padding, adjustable calf and footpads, and a low footprint.
Unlike other machines, this strength and toning implementation requires no weights. It works well to target all four quadriceps and glute muscles, strengthen the knee and hip joints, and train your core for balance and stabilization.
UPDATED VERSION: We have upgraded the leg and foot pad material to a HeftyGrip Vinyl fabric for a stronger, gripper feel. And updated to a durable black powder-coat finish.

Like many of you COVID had us eliminate our "need" for a guest den and convert it to a home gym. Which we equipped it quite well w/ professional grade Hammer-Strength equipment. Yet there were pieces I would have liked to add, being that the gym was retrofitted, kind of became more of an after thought. Squats, when done right, are a solid exercise. Problem is, that my neck can no longer bear the brunt of weight topped on my back. A decade of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu have forced me to modify workouts to be more neck sparing. It was a blast doing the damage, but now in my 50s, I MUST approach my body with intelligence in how I can comfortably inhabit it for the next few decades. Enter this slight beast. Now I can easily navigate flawless form, do squats again (which have been monumentally missed), and easily hold weight in my hands while adding some serious burn to my quads. I thought my squatting days were behind me, I am delighted to learn I was wrong! Bonus too is that I can elevated this deck & park it on it's back for easy vertical storage when it's not in use. Construction, as I am learning, is on-par with ALL things Titan. They've truly met their newest loyal customer.

Perfect fit for my wife and I. She is completely novice squatter and I’m not much more advanced. Really helping her and I build up strength to get to barbell squats. Really burns in a good way. I use it to warm up and then again as a finisher till failure on leg days.

I really wanted to love this machine, but it has a serious design flaw on the adjustable foot roller, it only has 4 positions and with most of my clients it doesnt really hold their feet/ankles in place, it creates an unstable workout since they have to push their feet forward. In the photo attached you can see that the manufacturer almost added an additional hole, they left the outline for a 5 hole, that would have been ideal. I would definitely skip this machine, it missed the mark.

The machine was delivered with the wrong screws. After sending clear pictures and video of the issue to customer service they were quick to send replacements, but sent the wrong one the second time. The machine sits in my living room unable to be used at this time.

Solid machine, easy to put together (10 minutes) and easy to move/store out of the way.

I credit this to my massive quad development but I do wish there were wheels to move it around to different locations easier and a few more adjustments.
