End your leg day with a burning set of intense quad conditioning with the Sissy Squat Machine. Also known as Matrix Squats, this machine allows you to perform high rep bodyweight squats or increase the difficulty by holding a kettlebell across your chest.
This lower body specialty machine has four adjustable foot roller positions, from 5 to 8-inches, and five adjustable calf pad positions, from 16 to 20-inches, for comfort and safety. Fully equipped with a diamond plated footplate, high-quality padding, adjustable calf and footpads, and a low footprint.
Unlike other machines, this strength and toning implementation requires no weights. It works well to target all four quadriceps and glute muscles, strengthen the knee and hip joints, and train your core for balance and stabilization.
UPDATED VERSION: We have upgraded the leg and foot pad material to a HeftyGrip Vinyl fabric for a stronger, gripper feel. And updated to a durable black powder-coat finish.

I had knee surgery in December last year. My hamstring and calf muscles would tighten up all the time. I happened to come across this machine in a gym. So, I gave it a try. Dam if my hammy and calf loosen up. My knee felt great. I bought it and use it 3-4 times a week.

Machine overall is a good addition to my home gym. Only gave 4 stars because of the adjustment for shorter users. The foam pad adjustment and calf pad adjustment could have 1 or 2 additional holes for more secure fitment Not a deal killer but the metal platform that you stand on is not flush to the ground so when you enter or exit the machine it has a tendency to rock or tip. A couple of spacers below the platform could fix this. I plan on making these modifications myself to better the machine. Overall good for what it is intended to do.

I have heard quite a bit of noise about the quality of Titan equipment, a lot of it bad. But I believe that is not always the case and lately, their quality has improved immensely. And their sissy squat machine is a good example. For a home gym, it is extremely well made. Solid construction, with a commercial feel to it. It is very functional and a good value; as is most of Titan's equipment. It would have earned 5 stars if they added wheels on the end or some way to easily move it around. For me, it's not a problem to move it but if my wife or someone who is not as physical were to move it, they could but they would be dragging it. Considering it is designed to be used in home gyms, portability is important. But even with this I would still recommend it highly.

Overall- Good purchase One issue If you step on the side of the footplate the unit will tilt feeling like it’s going to flip over Solution- a small 2x4 platform under the footplate has eliminated this issue.

Product is very sturdy and well built. Paint job and welding are mediocre at best. Tons of paint “explosions”. Didn’t change the product integrity. Overall, great product. Waiting for Titan treadmill
