“So this is probably fine to actually do preacher curls with but this is my problem. The metal part CAME rusted (in unbroken bubble wrap). I contacted customer service and their advice was to clean it, which is annoying to me. It’s brand new and I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s also rusted from the inside and clearly drained to the outside, so yes I could clean the outside but that doesn’t “fix” the problem. We do have quite a few other things from titan and haven’t had any issues where customer service needed to be contacted, but I’m super disappointed with them and will reconsider buying anything else.”

“Nice little piece of equipment. Would be a 5 if the padding was a little thicker. Also, the rubber padding where you place the bars, already tore and came off within the first couple of days.”

“Received equipment and called immediately to inform the manufacturer that I received damaged goods. This is where the dance began of faulting someone else rather than them own selves. This is been almost 4 weeks ago and still no solution, callbacks or emails.”

“If all you're looking for is function this has that easily, although it feels a little shaky. If you care about how your equipment looks then this may not be for you. Mine came with the bar holders punched through the box and of course they got scuffed up. The packaging wasn't very good to be able to stand up to the rigors of shipping. Another of my orders from titan also came scuffed due to inadequate packaging and I thought it was a one off but appears that's just how it is. I don't think I'll be ordering from titan again since I don't prefer paying full price for scuffed equipment. Mine looks like it's been used before.”

“This is the 2nd piece of equipment I have purchased from Titan this year. Although it is a sturdy, inexpensive piece of equipment & I love it I do have some negative feedback. This piece of equipment was delivered with numerous holes in the cardboard package. In fact 1 of the legs was protruding through a hole and it was bent! Never the less, I was still able to assemble this piece of equipment. Bolt go through the bent metal but I was able to draw it in some. So once assembled I put 2 25lb weight plates on a curl bar and set it in the jaws of this equipment. I did 1 (one!!!) test set of 3 reps and set the bar back down. The padding in both the left and right jaws ripped! I was very disappointed. With all this being said, I still think over all this is a great, inexpensive piece of equipment and this issues I have described above can easily be remedied by Titan so future purchasers don't go through what I did.”
