“I have a platform in my home gym and conventional deadlifts made noise but wasn't too bad. I just bought a trap bar and for whatever reason the trap bar hitting the platform was so loud it registered on the richter scale. I bought these silencers thinking it would help a little? Any help would be welcomed. But literally what? These things made it MOUSE quiet. I don't understand how good these things are. It's so much mind blowingly more quiet than I ever expected. I rarely leave reviews, but I have to sing the praises of these silencer drop pads. The worst thing about them is I can't figure out where to keep them when I'm not using them... home gym problems. LOL”
