Step up over the v2 model. Seem a lot more durable. Better quality overall. I’d buy again.

This bench is so comfortably and very good quality. We expected a bit less quality, to be honest, just purchasing online. It's been great for our garage gym. The incline/decline feature is smooth and does not catch or require much strength to engage. The pads and covers are comfortable and seem like they will stay durable! Definitely glad we went with this one instead of a used bench.

I am not sure what I expected. I’ve pent plenty of money on Titan products, but never have I ever been this let down and disappointed by the quality and the shape of these Benches. They aren’t worth it. They come missing pieces, and are bent. Very loose and cheaply made. I do not recommend. The first ones I ordered were in horrible shape, and they did graciously send replacements- however, the replacements are just as bad. I figure there’s no use in complaining anymore. I just am out the money I spent, and I have two crappy benches that are embarrassing to have in my gym.

Chose this bench over the one that included decline option as this bet fit my workout needs. Happy with this bench and have recommended to others who have already purchased. Only negative is the bolts/washer by the wheel have already come loose and have lost one set already. This was not a piece that we assembled.

when I first ordered this bench it was on backorder but that was all right with me because I got such a good deal. When I got the bench one of the crossmembers for the backrest had a broken weld. I called customer service and they were really great about sending out a second bench because they couldn’t replace just the part I needed. The problem is is that the second bench that came was also defective. The bracket that held up the back rest cross number was so bent and was so bad I couldn’t even attach the backrest to the frame of the bench. I could tell that this wasn’t delivery damage as the parts were powder coated black and there was no evidence of damage in transit. I called customer service again and they basically tried to have me piece the two benches together. While I currently now have one working bench it was really frustrating to have to wait not only the first month and a half for the backordered bench but another two weeks for an additional bench when both of them ultimately had severe quality control and ultimately safety issues. If you’re looking for a really cheap bench this is a great option but be prepared for lots of potential manufacturing problems. As long as you know how to weld or bend heavy steel I think you’ll be just fine. For me I wish I would’ve just saved up a little more and bought a more quality piece of equipment. I definitely won’t make that mistake again.

You get what you pay for. So I have used these in small studio gyms, 2 of them actually. over time they wear out quickly that I seen. But I’m trying to open my own spot. So I own 4 of them now, 3 of the v2 models. One of them I had to have someone weld because their weld job was poorly done, it broke at the base. One of them the back pads just wore out and rip, poor material. The last one for some reason it didn’t line up right so it feels off. Now I try to go through customer service and ask for a replacement and I get told you have to pay for this or pay for a new one. So I ordered the new v3 model, but that was delivered damaged. The back pad and seat pad had what it looked like a machine damaged. But the V3 does feel sturdier. But I will say they do work pretty good especially for small group training.

As others have pointed out, my bench came with a noticeable slant to both the back and seat pad. Assembled and reassembled several times but the slant remained. I reached out to TItan with a warranty claim. They responded promptly and with a solution - which was to send out another bench. The slant is also on the second bench, but it less noticeable than with the first bench. I suppose you get what you pay for, however, there is clearly a design defect that I hope Titan attends to. Still, A+ for customer service.

Extremely poor quality don’t be fooled by the pictures. This product came damaged, misaligned, and the box was full of metal pellets which ended up all over my floor. Save yourself the time and effort. Their customer service is terrible and quality assurance is just as bad. Thank you for the follow up email to remind me to post my comments. Hopefully those researching this product read this and avoid this piece of trash.
