The Multi-Pack Heavy Resistance Bands include 4 different strength-resistant bands. Made from durable latex, these resistance bands aid in pull-up assistance, add resistance to stretches and bodyweight exercises, and add resistance to the barbell for a variety of lifts. Each set of resistance bands measures 41-inches in length and features the Titan Fitness logo. The Purple bands (25-80 lb. resistance) and the Green bands (50-120 lb. resistance) are made for ultra-resistance for intermediate or light-weight beginners with pull-ups. The Blue bands (60-150 lb. resistance) are for people over 200 LB that are beginners with pull-ups and for weightlifting, and the Orange bands (70-170 lb. resistance) are made for adding weight to powerlifts.

Yes, absolutely, 100% Watch this vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HY9i5BSC2GQ Sylvester Stallone is spot on; after decades of heavy weight training the "check comes due" with our joints, I don't care who you are. My shoulder joints at age 61 are all but destroyed: torn glenoid cartilage, advanced arthritis, and bone spurs. Traditional benching, incline benching, military pressing, chin-ups, dumbell flies... so many exercises are now off the table for me. The unnatural pain is excruciating whenever I give the shoulders a rest and try to reboot the old moves. However using these heavy Titan bands, I am still able to build mass without torturing my shoulders using Jeff Cavaliere's prescribed exercises. Band pullovers with the hands rotated in; standing band presses; etc. Think about it, what is weightlifting? Resistance. We're hoisting iron against gravity, but bars trap us into grooves that our joints do not like. Bands are flexible, yet the resistance is just as high. The more taut the band, it's like progressive weight training (adding plates) yet no limiting grooves. The rubber allows for better muscle group targeting and really lights up the muscles (the 'pump') same as weights, with the same hypertropy. The 170-lb orange band is sufficient for chest, adding more reps and sets. Pecs get DESTROYED (yet without much shoulder pain.) The young will always go for max bench, max squat, max deadlift, and that's great. But when the 'check comes due' they might wish they had started using Titan bands while feeling young and indestructible. Every joint in their bodies is indeed destructible.
