Unleash your inner TITAN with the Plate-Loaded Fly Machine, explicitly designed to develop chest, back, shoulders, pectorals, and deltoids, all in one freestanding machine. This upper-body machine, constructed from durable 2 x 2-inch steel tubing, features adjustable dual overhead variable resistance cams that allow each arm to operate independently for singular rows and collaboratively in unilateral or bilateral conditioning. The independent range of motion adjustments is uniquely designed to provide a deep full stretch in pectoral and rear deltoid development. The low-profile design features an adjustable bottom seat, thick comfortable pads, dual-weight plate sleeves that fit Olympic plates, and swivel handles with a full 360-degree range of motion. The handles are crafted for dual-use; the top handle focuses on the posterior delt/shoulder exercises, while the bottom complements chest exercises with that tight squeeze to work the pecs. Multi-functional, comfortable, and exceptionally functional, the Plate-Loaded Fly Machine is waiting for your next chest day routine.
UPDATED VERSION: We have upgraded the upholstery material to a HeftyGrip Vinyl fabric. Switched to Fiberglass Nylon Pulleys for smoother action. Added a sixth notch for a deeper reverse fly, and we have lengthened the arms to fit more users.

Need 2 more hole for rear delt exercise to get full range of motion. And seat could be couple inches higher . Other than that awesome product and price . Titan qualities come along way..

One of my favorite pieces of equipment in my home gym and probably the best Titan purchase I’ve made yet. Easy to assemble, love that you can do chest and back on one machine. Highly recommend

I am not a body builder by any means, but this machine really allows you to get a good work out on your chest, It was fairly easy to put together and the shipping was very fast. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the simple reason that you have to really load on the weight. The pulley system cuts the weight by over half. I have 75 lbs of plates on each side and its equivalent to what 35 lbs would normally feel like on a pec machine or cable fly machine at the gym.

The plate loaded fly machine is very well constructed and super easy to assemble. All in all the machine works as designed and is super smooth to operate. Another great product by Titan. The only downside is that I feel another set of machined holes could have been drilled up top for a wider range of motion but the machine still targets the pecs and rear delts with desired effects after sessions. Worth it!

It's not perfect but for the price, it's a good machine. The pec fly is great. The delt fly not so much. The pins don't have a location for you the get a full range of motion while working your delts. I just put the pins behind the plate for it but it would have been nice if they had made a hole for the arms to be all the way back. The next two things are minor but I think should be mentioned. I'm not a fan of how the upper unit attaches to the base. It hasn't been an issue but 4 bolts to the sides or even up top would be more solid than 2. The next is extremely minor. It's a 2:1 pulley system so you are only pulling half the weight you load on. I would prefer a 1:1 but the 2:1 does make it simple to run the cable during setup and then weight horns have plenty of room even if you are using bumper plates.
