Unleash your inner TITAN with the Plate-Loaded Fly Machine, explicitly designed to develop chest, back, shoulders, pectorals, and deltoids, all in one freestanding machine. This upper-body machine, constructed from durable 2 x 2-inch steel tubing, features adjustable dual overhead variable resistance cams that allow each arm to operate independently for singular rows and collaboratively in unilateral or bilateral conditioning. The independent range of motion adjustments is uniquely designed to provide a deep full stretch in pectoral and rear deltoid development. The low-profile design features an adjustable bottom seat, thick comfortable pads, dual-weight plate sleeves that fit Olympic plates, and swivel handles with a full 360-degree range of motion. The handles are crafted for dual-use; the top handle focuses on the posterior delt/shoulder exercises, while the bottom complements chest exercises with that tight squeeze to work the pecs. Multi-functional, comfortable, and exceptionally functional, the Plate-Loaded Fly Machine is waiting for your next chest day routine.
UPDATED VERSION: We have upgraded the upholstery material to a HeftyGrip Vinyl fabric. Switched to Fiberglass Nylon Pulleys for smoother action. Added a sixth notch for a deeper reverse fly, and we have lengthened the arms to fit more users.

The name plate was installed backwards. I also had a tiny tear in the backrest. Not big deals.

This is just one of many products I have from Titan Fitness. It has made a nice addition to the best gym in my hometown. It offers flexibility to my programing. I especially like to be able to work the rear deltoids on this machine.

I'm 6' 1" and could use some additional height adjustment on the seat. It's okay at its highest setting but more versatility would be nice. Pile on the weight, this thing has a spec'd limit of 300 lbs, and when doing chest fly's even using time under tension techniques you will/may find yourself needing to use the machine beyond what it's rated for. Guessing this is due to the pulley setup and sizes reducing the load as the weight rides up the trolley. As many others have stated, the rear delt exercise doesn't have the greatest range of motion, even with the 6th hold. Titan would need to redesign the "arms" with a bend so the handles are closer together when facing the back of the seat and your arms straight out in front of you. A nice feature would be a two-piece seat back with the headrest piece removable so you're not eating the seat back doing rear delt exercises. Some things you can do to improve the rear delt exercise is to move the peg "beyond" the last hole and flip the handles so they are opposite how you would expect to use them as pictured. Or even grab the horizontal part of the handle assembly instead of the foam-covered part, again pictured. All in all, it's an okay machine, just realize what you're getting and that you may find yourself trying to figure out a better or different way to get the most out of it.

I really like this machine. It's very smoothe and just as good as a gym machine. I'd highly recommend this machine to anyone who is serious about working out.
