The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. It is not hard to switch from a leg curl to a leg extension workout simply flip the weight post to the opposite starting position. With this, you can strengthen your muscles in a simple and effective manner!
UPDATED VERSION: The Leg Extension and Curl Machine has enhanced HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. The weight stopper has switched to a pull pin to move between exercises quickly.

“The bad news: It's made in China. The good news: For the price, it delivers high value in a compact footprint. Use the 35 pound plate hack and you've got a quality leg extension and leg curl for home or small studio use that gives up nothing in comparison to commercial pieces (other than saving space and money.). I wanted to buy plate-loaded made in the USA leg extension leg curl such as Legend Fitness and EliteFTS with band pegs, but when considering the cost versus space versus effectiveness of the movement, Titan wins.”

“Easy to assemble solid, sturdy easy to use. Hits the legs good. I gave it a four because I couldn't give it a four and a half only reason why is not a 5 because in order to keep full tension on muscle in the extension part is to not go all the way down. Leg curl works great. I would recommend it for price, quality, very effective machine and shipping was fast and arrived early”
